an-uttara-, adj.: highest ("to which there is no higher"),

samyak-sajbodhi-, f.: right awakenment,
    1) samyabc-, m.: right, proper,
    2) sajbodhi-, f.: awakenment (from sam+budh-),

abhisajbuddha-, mfn.: fully awakened (ppp. of abhi+sam+budh-),

have fully awakened to the highest and right awakenment.

    And because they have resorted to the perfection of wisdom, used it as the base of their practice, they have attained the highest (i.e. above which there is no higher attainment) and right (i.e. true) awakenment. This is the way how they all became (or will become; for the future ones) Buddhas.
