Directly input the Query in the field of " Keyword Search " and then press the " Start " button. The Search Engine will search the Corpus to find matched bibliographic data.
Note: the length of your input must be greater than "1". For example: if you input "a", you will not get any results. Because the length of "a" is 1, not greater than 1.

Now this field only provides AND function. If you want to find data that contains both two phrases, Keyin "Phrase1+Phrase2". Search Engine will separate different phrase by "+". For example: You want to search Data that contains both "Buddha nature" and "Karma". You should input "Buddha nature+Karma".

Now this field doesn't provide compound word search. For example: shih, heng-ching does not equal heng-ching,shih. If you want to search for names, please input the name in " Author " field.

Bibliographic data contains sixteen different fields, user can input query string depends on your need. Program will "AND" different fields to get the result. For example: you input "shih heng ching" in the Author field and input "From 1990 To 1999" in Date Field. Then we will get the result of data about Professor shih, heng-ching's publication from 1990 to 1999.

We will process the input string in Author field. For example: if you input shih, heng-ching in Author field, we will return the result of: shih heng ching ; heng-ching shih ; shih, heng-ching.....etc..

This version of bibliographic search engine provides the most frequently searched Phrase for user reference.

The corpus will automatically update data at about 1:40am everyday. The server will not work for several minutes. If you have any question, please contact with the system manager.
